Raising a child with an invisible disability or learning difference can feel overwhelming, confusing, and isolating. If any of these feel familiar, you’re not alone—and you’ve come to the right place.

Navigating "Normal" may be helpful if...

Everyone seems to have advice, but it’s hard to know what information is trustworthy, what actually matters, and where to begin.

Your child may hold it together at school or in public and then fall apart at home, leaving you feeling like the only one who sees the full picture.

You’re constantly trying to prevent meltdowns, manage big emotions, and keep the peace—often at the cost of your own energy.

You love all of your kids deeply and want to meet everyone’s needs without anyone feeling invisible. Yet, between appointments, school communication, emotional ups and downs, and daily life, you long for clarity, support, and a path forward that doesn’t require you to carry it all alone.

If your child seems fine at school but falls apart once they get home, you’re not imagining it—and you’re not alone. Many kids with invisible disabilities use enormous energy to hold it together all day, leaving little left by the time they reach home. Download the guide to learn simple ways to bring more calm to your evenings.

Why many kids hold it together all day—only to fall apart at home—and how you can support them with more understanding and less stress.
