headphones

My kids are super particular about how clothes, shoes, and headphones feel. These headphones are comfortable, block sharp noises, and lack the electrical hum that accompanies noise canceling headphones.

Jeggings

My daughter loathes jeans but sometimes needs to wear them for certain occassions--like her recent field trip where they went hiking. These were a hit--not too tight (like some jeggings) but still soft. 

Sunrise Alarm Clock

We loved our Okay to Wake clocks for our kids but this clock is a recommendation specifically for parents. If regular alarms leave you feeling dysregulated, give this one a try!  I love mine and feel far less irritable when it wakes me up.
